Lead the People & Culture strategy with Canada Packers as the Director of People & Culture Operations. This hybrid role emphasizes sustainable workforce planning and employee relations across various business sectors. In this strategic position, you will oversee People & Culture operations across manufacturing, agriculture, and corporate environments. You will ensure alignment of People strategies with operational goals while enhancing employee experiences. Your leadership will guide a team responsible for site support and labor relations, fostering collaboration among diverse sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations across diverse business units
- Establish and execute People programs consistently
- Collaborate with leaders on employee relations strategies
- Enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce planning
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery
- 10+ years in Human Resources leadership
- Experience in unionized and multi-site environments
- Strong labor relations strategy background
- Proven capability in managing grievances
- University degree in relevant field required
