We are looking for a quality-focused, high energy, and well organized Dental Lab Technician to join our Essex Quantum Dental Lab in Windsor, ON Canada.

*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000 CAD, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Construct, adjust, and repair full and partial dentures and implant-supported removable appliances from complex prescriptions
• Ability to read prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models or impressions to determine the design of the product to be fabricated
• Inspect finished prosthetics for precise occlusion, vertical dimension, aesthetics, and fit before final delivery
• Communicate via phone or in person regarding challenging cases, specialized and custom modifications.
• Train, guide, and mentor other techs on advanced removable techniques to meet desired standards
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years’ experience in a denture technician role, with deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects of removable prosthetics including partial, flexible partials, cast partial dentures and repairs/relines
• Experience with digital denture workflows and CAD/CAM technologies preferred
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 20 lbs.
• Team player with willingness to learn new responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in dental technology preferred
