Customer Insights Senior Manager at Hydro One

Lead customer insights initiatives with Hydro One as a Senior Manager in Toronto, Ontario. Elevate customer programs by leveraging market research and segmentation expertise. You will work closely with the Director of Strategy and Conservation Officer to create customer-driven initiatives that reflect the needs of over 1.5 million customers. Your role will involve delivering actionable insights based on customer behavior analysis, enhancing overall service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of educational and outreach programs
- Manage analysis of marketing initiatives for effectiveness
- Collaborate with Customer Ops for investment decisions
- Ensure consistent messaging through Corporate Communications
- Lead research efforts to inform program development
- Understanding of the Ontario electricity sector
- Proven marketing best practices knowledge
- Exceptional communication and creative skills
- Ability to influence and motivate teams
- Experience in managing multiple priorities
