Outside Sales Manager - Vancouver Island

Lead a dynamic sales team with WM as an Outside Sales Manager. This hybrid role, based on Vancouver Island, emphasizes market share growth and customer satisfaction. WM seeks an experienced Outside Sales Manager to enhance revenue through strategic team leadership. This position blends work from home, customer visits, and in-office meetings in the US PNW and British Columbia. You will direct new business efforts and ensure your team excels in sales and retention by fostering strong management skills and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct new business development efforts within the team
- Collaborate with Sales and Retention teams for alignment
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels consistently
- Supervise sales department activities and meet targets
- Provide ongoing coaching for skill development
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5 years B2B sales
- 5 years of relevant managerial experience
- Proven leadership in sales team environments
- Strong analytical and market insight skills
- Must reside in Canada for this role
