Director of Commercial Portfolio Management

- Mentor and lead underwriting professionals for client excellence
- Grow and manage a portfolio in the Vancouver Island District
- Analyze transactions and structure viable deals
- Review and approve credit applications with stringent standards
- Assist in presenting complex credit applications effectively
- Degree in business, finance, or economics required
- 10+ years of relevant banking experience
- Proven leadership ability in credit underwriting teams
- Exceptional ability in credit analysis and persuasive writing
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
