Lead Thumbtack’s Supply and Partner Marketing as a Senior Director. Shape strategic marketing initiatives to enhance professional engagement and marketplace growth while driving B2B success. This role focuses on developing Supply Marketing and Partner Marketing strategies for Thumbtack. As a senior leader, you will cultivate B2B marketing programs that attract the right professionals and ensure their success on the platform. You will actively engage with product and commercial teams to align these marketing strategies with business objectives and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Define Supply Marketing strategy for professional acquisition and retention
- Serve as the professional voice in product and marketing decisions
- Manage B2B marketing programs to support professional engagement
- Develop strategic external partnerships for distribution and co-marketing
- Build measurement frameworks to track professional supply outcomes
- 10+ years in Supply Marketing / B2B Marketing
- Proven experience with activation and retention programs
- Background in managing external partnerships
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience building marketing functions from the ground up
