Liquidity & Market Risk VP Leadership
Envision Financial
Take charge of liquidity and market risk management as our VP. This leadership role focuses on independent oversight of treasury functions, ensuring robust risk policies and compliance. As VP, you will provide strategic direction for liquidity and capital risk management while guiding your team in identifying emerging market risks. You will play a key role in preparing regulatory reports and recommending practices that align with industry best standards. Work closely with the Chief Risk Officer and treasury teams to strengthen risk frameworks and reporting mechanisms in high-stress scenarios. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team recruitment and performance management processes
- Assess and enhance liquidity risk monitoring policies
- Prepare risk reports and communicate findings to executives
- Validate financial assumptions against risk tolerance limits
- Participate in developing annual contingency plans
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline is required
- 10 years of experience in senior risk management roles
- Five years managing capital and market risk analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship skills
- Expertise in risk modeling and analytics techniques
