Director of IT Service Support

Lead the IT Service Support team at Mohawk Medbuy, balancing office and remote work. This hybrid role requires strong ITSM expertise and experience in ERP and finance application support. As the Director of IT Service Support & Business Applications, you will oversee service desk operations while enhancing the support team's customer-focused culture. To excel, strong problem-solving skills along with a firm leadership style cultivated through extensive experience in IT Service Management are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service desk and application support teams
- Drive service quality and SLA performance
- Lead root-cause analysis on recurring issues
- Develop and implement operational standards and SOPs
- Coach and mentor support staff for excellence
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in IT Service Management or enterprise application support
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with ERP and financial business processes
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
