Associate Clinical Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Clinical Representative, Spine based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to build a career at the intersection of medical technology, clinical support, and sales. You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, hospital teams, and sales leaders to support spinal procedures and promote innovative clinical solutions. The position combines operating room coverage, product education, customer service, and commercial support in a highly hands-on environment. You will play an important role in helping healthcare professionals use products correctly while contributing to positive patient outcomes. Working alongside experienced sales representatives and regional leaders, you will gain valuable exposure to spine surgery and medical device sales. The role requires strong communication, organization, responsiveness, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced clinical settings. Accountabilities: - Support Sales Representatives in promoting and selling spinal products, helping achieve territory objectives while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professional engagement. - Educate physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals on the appropriate use, maintenance, and application of products in clinical and surgical environments. - Provide hands-on product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings, ensuring customers receive appropriate guidance and support throughout the evaluation process. - Deliver daily surgical case coverage and participate in after-hours call support, providing timely assistance to customers and clinical teams when required.

- Help prepare for and participate in trade shows, conventions, clinical meetings, and other professional events that support customer engagement and business development. - Maintain regular communication with Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and sales leadership regarding territory activity, customer needs, progress, and opportunities. - Address product-related customer issues promptly and professionally, collaborating with the appropriate internal teams to identify solutions and maintain strong customer relationships. - Manage and maintain an accurate sample inventory, ensuring products and materials are available and properly organized for customer and surgical requirements. - Collaborate proactively with internal teams to support an inclusive, cooperative, and high-performing working environment. - Conduct all activities in accordance with applicable laws, ethical standards, organizational policies, and the established Code of Conduct. - Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Country Director, Canada. Requirements: - Hold a university degree, preferably in Science, Kinesiology, Biomedical Engineering, a health-related discipline, or a comparable field. - Bring 2–5 years of experience in an outside sales environment or relevant operating room experience; hands-on clinical exposure will be considered an asset. - Candidates with an X-ray technologist background, experience, or education may be considered in place of other qualifications. - Be fluent in both French and English, as bilingual communication is mandatory for the role. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital personnel, and internal stakeholders. - Possess strong analytical and organizational abilities, with the discipline to manage multiple customer, clinical, inventory, and territory-related priorities effectively.
