Location: Various locations across Alberta
The
Clinical Operations Manager oversees the daily clinical activities of the
healthcare practice, ensuring high-quality patient care while optimizing
operational efficiency.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical staff,
including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. - Develop and implement
clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care. - Monitor patient care metrics
and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure
seamless operations and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree
preferred. - Previous experience in
clinical management or operations within a healthcare setting. - Strong leadership,
organizational, and communication skills. - Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare
regulations.
