Senior Project Manager (Chilliwack)

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager at Gibraltar Construction.

What the role is:

You’ll run multiple TI projects from tender through close‑out. Medical, office, retail, financial – the full commercial mix across the Lower Mainland and BC. You’ll work closely with dedicated Site Managers on the ground while you drive the planning, margins, subs, and client relationships from the office.

What it pays:

$90K – $110K base + performance bonus tied to project results. Total compensation typically lands between $120K – $160K.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years managing commercial construction as a GC
• Strong TI background across multiple project types
• Someone who can run multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Confident with budgets, margins, risk, and client relationships
• Organised, accountable, and doesn’t need hand‑holding
