Step into a Full Time Clinical Pharmacist position with Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services at the Chilliwack Primary Care Clinic, BC. - Active registration as a Pharmacist in British Columbia
- Two years of relevant clinical experience in primary care
- Class 5 driver's licence needed for professional duties
- Proven ability in patient assessments and problem-solving
- Interest in teaching and improving pharmacy practices
