The Cathedral Village Community Association (CVCA) is seeking an organized, collaborative, and community-minded Program Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our association and support the delivery of programs and services that enhance life in Cathedral Village. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in one of Regina's most vibrant and engaged neighbourhoods.
RoleThe Program Director reports directly to the CVCA Board of Directors & is responsible for the overall administration & coordination of Community Association activities. This position combines program management, community engagement & development, administration, volunteer engagement, & organizational support. The role is part-time, 20 hours a week. Responsibilities

You will possess:
Strong organizational & administrative skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication abilities.
Knowledge of communications, stakeholder engagement, & public relations.
Proficiency with MSOffice applications, including Word, Excel, & Outlook.
The ability to manage multiple priorities independently & collaboratively. You will have experience with:
grant writing & fundraising.
Experience supervising staff & coordinating projects.
Experience working with volunteers, community organizations, or nonprofit boards.
Graphic design or desktop publishing (Affinity, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop).
Website maintenance or content management.
