Lead FCC's Total Rewards function in a pivotal Director role. Oversee comprehensive compensation strategies, benefits, and employee wellness, with a hybrid work model. As a Director at FCC, you'll drive total rewards initiatives, managing crucial areas like job architecture, compensation structures, and strategic policies. Your expertise will ensure ongoing operation and modernization efforts, while you engage teams and support employees through transitions. Your leadership will impact performance management, pension oversight, and governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee FCC’s job architecture and compensation modernization
- Establish governance and decision-making processes
- Provide strategic leadership in compensation and performance management
- Engage a geographically dispersed total rewards team
- Liaise with Finance on pension and payroll matters
- Bachelor’s in administration or human resources
- Minimum 8 years total rewards experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
- Proficient in English and French
- 5 years of leadership experience
