- Provide legal and regulatory advice to BMO Financial Group

- Negotiate to influence business objectives positively
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree with relevant licensure
- Under 7 years of legal practice experience
- In-depth knowledge of legal compliance and negotiation
- Fluent in French and English for broader operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
