IDL Web Inc. is a boutique agency specializing in web development and digital marketing, with most of its customers located in the USA. Today, the company employs 20+ team members and is rapidly growing, adding new items to its offered services and transforming into AI world.
**About the job:**
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated salesperson to join our agency and grow together. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity not only to build a strong portfolio but also to develop the whole sales department, implement processes, hire additional salespeople, and become a leader (based on their performance).
**Requirements/qualifications:**
* Strong English proficiency
* Strong communication skills
* Previous agency experience and/or knowledge of digital marketing products and services
* Ability to commit to North American work hours, Eastern time zone (EST)
* Experience with CRM usages such as Salesforce is a plus
**Duties:**
* Study company products and services
* Taking part in lead generation alongside the marketing manager, including various online tool usage, cold calling, and email correspondence with prospects.
* Soliciting leads, booking online meetings, and communicating with prospects
* Converting leads into clients by sealing the deals
**Compensation:**
_The basic allowance structure includes the following:_
* Basic “allowance” salary
* Basic salary bonuses increases with each achieved sale & meeting monthly sales goals
* High commissions
* Long recurring bonuses
