We are seeking an Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, sales, and relationship‑building in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service, including:
- Policy inquiries and coverage explanations
- Policy changes, transfers, and billing inquiries
- Claim intake and assistance
- Work with the agent to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Present insurance solutions to new and existing clients
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred (inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer‑focused with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable presenting and speaking with customers
Licensing Requirements:
- Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Life insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
Support is available for motivated candidates willing to become licensed.
