Position Overview

As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

This is a permanent, full‑time multi‑site position. Clinics supported will include Essex, Lakeshore, and other clinic locations within the surrounding areas of Windsor when required. The successful candidate will be assigned a "home" clinic based on the location closest to their home address and will be compensated for travel to other sites when providing support. Typical hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30 am ‑ 4:30 pm but hours may be modified depending on the clinic supported and could be as late as 6:00 pm and some weekend coverage.

What You Will Do

  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
  • Stay abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post‑care solutions are recommended
  • Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk‑in clients and inbound phone calls

What We Are Looking For

  • A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
  • Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient‑centric education to clients to ensure product adoption
  • Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required
