Reporting to the Chief AI & Digital Planning Officer, the Director will oversee a multidisciplinary team tasked with co‑creating solutions that resonate with the needs of patients, families, and caregivers. You will champion design thinking principles to ensure seamless integration of innovative interventions and technologies across diverse healthcare settings. Your expertise in strategic implementation and stakeholder engagement will be pivotal in advancing Trillium HealthWorks initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex project designs and implementations with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop KPIs to measure digital care models and AI efficiency
- Apply systemic design methods to address healthcare challenges
- Promote continuous improvement in digital transformation initiatives
- Coach teams on change management and design thinking principles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field; Master’s preferred
- 8-10 years experience in healthcare solution delivery
- Proven expertise in change management and implementation
- Superior communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to foster stakeholder relationships and influence change
