Senior General Counsel, Governance & Regulation

The First Nations Financial Management Board (FMB) seeks a seasoned Corporate General Counsel to lead legal strategy and ensure ongoing compliance with the First Nations Fiscal Management Act. You will advise the Board, draft and negotiate key agreements, and manage external counsel.
The role requires a law degree (LLB/JD), active licensure in a Canadian province, and 10+ years in regulatory or GC settings, with travel as needed. Hybrid work options are available.
