**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage the financial operations, including preparing and finalizing financing and leasing documents for clients.
- Process finance and lease deals accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering finance-related inquiries and assisting clients with their financing needs.
- Collaborate with all departments to support business goals.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in automotive finance, sales, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
