Voor het Odido Tech-team zoeken wij enthousiaste klantenservicemedewerkers die energie krijgen van klantcontact, techniek én werken in een gezellig team. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat klanten snel weer online zijn én tevreden ophangen.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Klantspecialist voor Odido ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten. Jij helpt klanten met vragen over:
Internet, tv en mobiel
Technische storingen en installaties
Apparatuur en instellingen
Slimme oplossingen en passend advies
Je luistert goed naar de klant, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat iemand écht geholpen wordt. Daarnaast kijk je ook mee naar extra mogelijkheden binnen Odido. Denk aan het uitbreiden van abonnementen of het combineren van diensten onder één vertrouwd adres.
Wat krijg je van ons?
Een salaris van €16,83 per uur inclusief vakantiegeld
Mogelijke maandelijkse bonussen
Elke maandag vers brood, beleg en fruit op kantoor
Flexibele contractmogelijkheden van 12–28 uur tot 12–40 uur
Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 7,5 km tot 30 km
Volledig thuiswerken
Werken binnen een snelgroeiend en informeel bedrijf
Werktijden
Maandag t/m vrijdag: 08:00 – 20:00
Weekend: 09:00 – 17:30
Wie zoeken wij?
✅ Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
✅ Je bent sociaal en denkt in oplossingen
✅ Je vindt het leuk om dingen uit te zoeken
✅ Je bent minimaal 2 avonden per week beschikbaar
✅ Je kunt 1 zaterdag per maand werken
✅ Je bent 4 weken fulltime beschikbaar voor de betaalde training
✅ Je hebt minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau
