Job Overview
Responsibilities "SERVERS"
- Seating customers and taking orders
- Taking phone, Ubereats,skipthedishes, Doordash, and Walk-in orders.
- Packing all food items
- Handing food to customers & drivers "Instore - Curbside"
- Cleaning of the dining area, Bar & Bathrooms
- Stock count
Responsibilities** "PREP / LINE-COOK"
- Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes
- Taking orders from wait staff and preparing food according to customers preference
- Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu
- Maintaining the freshness of product and rotating old product out
- Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activity
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination
- Setting up work station
- Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of foods
- Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
