Pomerleau Bid Management Coordinator

As a Bid Management Coordinator, you will support the Proposal Manager in leading proposal teams and managing project timelines. Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills will set you apart in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the bid structure and communication plan
- Mobilize human resources for effective proposal development
- Collaborate on strategy with project leadership
- Create a project timeline aligned with Work Breakdown Structure
- Plan and monitor proposal budgets and adjustments
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Involvement in Design-Build proposal processes
- PMP certification preferred
- Excellent negotiation and management skills
