Learning & Development Coordinator

Altasciences seeks a Learning & Development Coordinator to support training program administration, digital content management, and employee recognition initiatives. The role reports to the Director of Learning & Development and requires coordination of learning activities, maintenance of training systems, and delivery of instructional materials across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, format, and maintain learning content including guides, videos, and eLearning modules
• Upload and manage training materials within learning management systems and SharePoint platforms
• Administer the employee recognition program, including nomination cycles and participation tracking
• Coordinate training registrations, attendance records, and generate completion reports
• Support learning program launches and manage scheduling and communications

Requirements

• College diploma (DEC) or bachelor's degree
• 0–2 years of related learning, training, or program coordination experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and Power Automate
• Bilingual fluency in French and English
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) is an asset
