Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational and administrative functions
- Ensure correct arrangement of official documents
- Efficiently manage mail, calls, and messages
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
- Organize filing systems and maintain tracking spreadsheets
- 6 months of clerical experience required
- Secondary school diploma is necessary
- Background in Health and Safety is an asset
- Administrative assistant training is advantageous
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions
