Senior Estimator At Pomerleau Construction Ottawa

As a Senior Estimator with over 8 years of experience, you will evaluate materials, lead project bids, and collaborate with various stakeholders. You will ensure successful project completion and help maintain robust relationships with clients and trade partners to fulfill project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative evaluations for labor and materials
- Prepare detailed summaries of project quantities
- Identify and validate project-specific pricing
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- Review supplier and subcontractor amounts for accuracy
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in project estimation
- 8+ years in ICI construction estimating
- Solid knowledge of excavation and formwork
- Proven mentoring experience for junior staff
- Familiarity with estimation software
