As Senior Estimator , you'll lead the preparation of detailed and competitive cost estimates for commercial and institutional projects. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy, alignment with client expectations, and strategic value. This role is designed for growth with a clear path to becoming Chief Estimator in the coming years.

Description
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates across various ICI projects.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to define scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather data.
- Maintain and evolve a cost/pricing database for future bids.
- Identify risks and opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development.
- Support bid presentations and client meetings.
Profile
- 10+ years in commercial and institutional estimating, including 6+ years on complex, multi‑million‑dollar bids .
- Proven experience with a General Contractor .
- Strong command of construction software and digital tools.
- Sharp analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Educational background in construction management or related field.
- Experience managing diverse teams and navigating complex projects.
