Reporting to the Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for crafting dependable technical solutions that meet the highest standards for integration performance. Your role will involve close collaboration with both technical and business teams, ensuring that all solutions are effectively implemented and deployed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own technical architecture for enterprise platform integrations
• Lead the development of reliable integration solutions
• Define and uphold integration engineering standards
• Mentor and guide team members through code reviews
• Coordinate releases and manage deployment practices
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in software integration
• Proficient in Java and/or Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud integration practices
• Understanding of security and compliance in integrations
• Experience with HCM platforms like Workday an asset
