Service Delivery Manager YHZ

En tant que responsable de la prestation de services (SDM), vous serez à la tête de notre efficacité opérationnelle, dirigerez des initiatives stratégiques et assurerez le bon fonctionnement des fonctions quotidiennes. De l'optimisation des processus à la promotion d'une culture d'innovation, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans notre succès continu.
Responsabilités du poste :
- Effectuer et gérer les opérations quotidiennes pour atteindre les objectifs de productivité et les normes de qualité.
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus simplifiés pour améliorer l’efficacité.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour synchroniser les efforts et optimiser l'allocation des ressources.
- Surveillez les indicateurs de rendement, analysez les données et mettez en œuvre des améliorations pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Favoriser une culture de travail d’équipe, de responsabilisation et d’amélioration continue parmi les membres de l’équipe.
- Résolvez les défis opérationnels rapidement et efficacement, en assurant une perturbation minimale du flux de travail.
Qualifications :
- Études postsecondaires ou expérience de travail équivalente.
- Au moins 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en gestion directe.
- Solides compétences en leadership avec de l'expérience dans la constitution d'équipes très performantes.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Un état d'esprit stratégique avec la capacité de générer des résultats dans un environnement dynamique.
