You'll master dealership procedures and manage an extensive inventory, applying CRM software to enhance customer engagement. Weekend commitment will be necessary to achieve the best sales outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Master and implement the dealership sales process
- Cultivate and pursue current sales leads
- Present and demonstrate high-quality RVs to buyers
- Maintain and manage daily inventory reports
- Apply CRM software for customer engagement
- 2+ years of dealership sales experience required
- Passion for building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Results-driven, punctual, and dependable attitude
