- Lead training and support for less experienced staff
- Foster collaborations with industry professionals and clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s advantageous
- 10+ years in mining-related civil design
- Registered engineer eligibility in Canada
- In-depth knowledge of hydrotechnical design processes
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
