As an experienced HR professional, you will serve as a critical business partner for Aggregate and Construction Materials operations. The position demands a strong background in HR generalist practices over 7-10 years, emphasizing talent management and organizational effectiveness. You will support recruiting efforts, oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with corporate policies while guiding employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategy for resource alignment with business goals
- Collaborate on talent management and organizational issues
- Oversee recruitment activities including interviewing
- Manage onboarding and performance management processes
- Advise on employee relations and disciplinary actions
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive HR and business partner experience
- HR Certification (CPHR or equivalent preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Success Factors
- Willing to travel 40% for business needs
