Strategic Head of Product at Auxo

Lead product innovation at Auxo, an AI-native fintech platform in Toronto or Montreal. As Head of Product, you will drive strategy and mentor a team focused on automating back-office finance operations. Auxo is seeking a Head of Product to shape its AI product strategy within fintech. You'll guide product direction, investment priorities, and roadmap decisions while engaging closely with founders. This strategic leadership role emphasizes mentoring two Product Managers and ensuring the growth of a multi-product platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the AI portfolio
• Determine product investment priorities and strategic direction
• Drive customer discovery and market validation processes
• Develop compelling product positioning and narratives
• Mentor and support the growth of Product Managers

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years of mentoring Product Managers
• Proven experience with SaaS or multi-product platforms
• Strong product positioning and storytelling skills
• AI fluency and experience in fintech or related domains
