Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Reports to : Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO. The successful candidate will be a professional with exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence and discretion. This is a high-impact role focused on enabling the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness by managing priorities, driving follow-through, and ensuring seamless execution across the company.
What You Will Do
Executive Support & Prioritization
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and competing priorities with strong judgment and discretion.
- Anticipate needs, triage requests, and ensure the CEO is prepared for all meetings and commitments.
- Coordinate priorities and reinforce follow-through across executive initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Support the rhythm of the business (leadership meetings, business reviews, board updates).
- Track key projects and ensure clarity of ownership, timelines, and execution.
- Prepare polished communications, presentations, and reports.
Relationship Management & Coordination
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, acting as a professional ambassador for the CEO.
- Support key stakeholders including leadership, board members, and external partners.
Meetings, Travel & Governance
- Coordinate meetings, events, and domestic/international travel.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and support governance processes and documentation.
What You Bring
- 7+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute with precision.
- Comfort shifting between strategic, operational, and administrative work.
