Job Description:

We’re looking for a Marketing Invoice Entry Administrator - 18 Month Contract to join our team and play a key role in supporting marketing operations through the accurate and timely processing of media and store design invoices. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal partners to review invoices, investigate exceptions, and ensure all payments align with purchase order terms and company standards. What You’ll Do:

• Creates all Marketing Purchase orders and processes all invoices, ensuring that all are processed for payment accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper record keeping, including administration of marketing budget control report to track all Purchase Orders and Invoices .
• Act as first point of contact with all marketing vendors; effectively communicating with vendors and other departments to resolve all invoicing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Assist with month end and year end closing.

About You:

• Post-Secondary Business Education preferred.
• General knowledge of Accounts Payable.
• Basic knowledge of Excel to generate queries and apply basic v-lookup, filtering and other basic formulas to allow them to review larger data. Computer skills including Data entry, word processing, knowledge of accounting applications (i.e. Oracle).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; bilingualism an asset; able to developing and building relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquires or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Range: $ 37,590.00-$52,626.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
