Transform contact center experiences as the Lead Amazon Connect Transformation expert at TELUS Digital. This hybrid or remote role focuses on CCaaS strategy and execution. TELUS Digital is looking for a strategic leader to enhance its Amazon Connect consulting services. In this director-level position, you will be responsible for practice growth, P&L management, and driving innovative solutions. - Build a high-performing CCaaS practice around Amazon Connect
- Accountable for revenue growth and resource utilization
- Lead CCaaS transformation initiatives from strategy to optimization
- Foster executive relationships with key enterprise clients
- Develop proprietary IP to enhance service delivery
- 10+ years in contact center technology, focusing on Amazon Connect
- 5+ years in leadership roles with P&L responsibility
- Proven results in large-scale CCaaS transformations
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services related to Amazon Connect
- Expertise in strategic partnerships and market positioning
