Take charge of organizational transformation as TELUS's Change Management Lead. Empower teams through tailored development plans and a robust curriculum aimed at achieving product excellence. In this impactful role, you will oversee the people aspect of change within Product Operations at TELUS. You will focus on developing a comprehensive 'Product Excellence' curriculum while streamlining onboarding processes for new product hires. Your expertise will facilitate communication plans and launch Communities of Practice for continuous learning and team development. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive 'Product Excellence' curriculum
- Streamline onboarding processes for new product hires
- Map team skills against the 'Product Competency' framework
- Create detailed communication plans for process rollouts
- Launch and facilitate Communities of Practice forums
- 5+ years in change management and organizational development
- Proven experience in driving behavior change at scale
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience in curriculum development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
