Senior Consultant - Change Management in Healthcare

- Lead documentation efforts from requirements gathering to reporting
- Interface with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain compliance in documentation processes and publishing
- Identify and address potential risks proactively
- Assist with the development of training and communication materials
- 7+ years experience with operational process development
- Proven track record in project management and change management
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
- Knowledge of Ontario healthcare privacy regulations
- Extensive public sector experience in healthcare settings
