- Lead projects improving organizational efficiency
- Own and manage the Third-Party Risk Management framework
- Support business resilience and continuity management efforts
- Coordinate governance and audit functions across teams
- Embed change management practices throughout initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- High School diploma with 7+ years in related fields
- Proven project management skill set
- Change management experience required
- Familiarity with insurance industry preferred
