Executive Leader in Third Party Risk Management Strategies

Command the future of third-party risk management from a strategic standpoint. Implement frameworks, manage compliance initiatives, and foster interdepartmental collaboration in a hybrid setup. As the Assistant Vice President of Third Party Risk Management, your leadership will shape the TPRM policies and frameworks vital for compliance and operational success. You will oversee a skilled team, engage with technology and legal departments, and deliver essential reports to senior management. Your role will focus on balancing stakeholder needs while navigating regulatory landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of the TPRM framework organization-wide
- Develop and maintain documentation for TPRM operations
- Manage team performance and challenge assessments
- Prepare key reports for regulatory and corporate committees
- Oversee third-party onboarding and contracting processes
- 10+ years in risk management or operations
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in TPRM frameworks at financial institutions
- Experience managing regulatory expectations
- Excellent communication skills for C-level interactions
