SaaS Implementation Specialist Role

Lead impactful implementations as a SaaS Implementation Specialist for customers launching their Hub platform. Your expertise in onboarding and training will ensure seamless project transitions. In this critical role, you'll handle end-to-end customer onboarding, from gathering requirements to ensuring go-live readiness. Collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams will be essential to maintain project timelines and enhance the customer experience. You will also focus on creating clear documentation and enablement materials to ensure ongoing success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding sessions from kickoff to launch
- Build implementation plans and timelines
- Support data and content migration processes
- Create admin training guides and rollout templates
- Document workflows and best practices
- 2+ years in SaaS implementation or customer support
- Strong project coordination and multitasking skills
- Proficient in leading customer calls and driving decisions
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools like HubSpot or Zendesk
