Business Process Director - Hybrid Role

Excel as the Director of Business Process & Systems at Lincoln Waste Solutions in Windsor. Lead the design and implementation of effective ERP and CRM systems to streamline operations and drive efficiency. This full-time, permanent position is pivotal in aligning business and technological strategies. You will oversee end-to-end process architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance across diverse operations. Your expertise in process mapping and improvement methodologies will play a key role in enhancing performance metrics and enabling digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process mapping initiatives for core business functions
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Design and implement improved business processes
- Develop governance frameworks for process documentation
- Analyze data to guide continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5-8 years in business systems transformation
- Strong experience with ERP/CRM platforms
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
