Cuso International - Partnership Advisor Volunteer

Apply for the role of Partnership Development Advisor with Cuso International in Lima, Peru. This volunteer opportunity focuses on advancing women and youth empowerment in targeted communities. Starting in July 2026 for a duration of five months, this role is exclusively for Canadian citizens and permanent residents. The advisor will connect private sectors to Cuso’s goal of enhancing economic resilience through community partnerships and strategic engagement. Strong mentoring abilities and a focus on empowerment are necessary for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business consultations to identify skill needs
- Develop and deliver capacity-building sessions
- Enhance partnership opportunities for disadvantaged groups
- Create and implement monitoring frameworks
- Train partners on data analysis methodologies
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
- Minimum of 5 years in relevant projects
- Familiarity with Peruvian socio-economic landscapes
- Knowledge of Canadian corporate engagement
- Understanding of equality and inclusion initiatives
