Mobile Auto Insurance Advisor at HUB

Advance your career as a Mobile Auto Insurance Advisor with HUB International’s Community Branch Network Division. Deliver excellent client service while providing comprehensive auto coverage solutions. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 1 General Insurance License and have a minimum of six months of auto insurance experience. Your role focuses on managing customer inquiries, setting production budgets, and ensuring documentation accuracy. You will also be responsible for responding to customer complaints, all while maintaining a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer ICBC and private auto coverage in-office and at dealerships
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism
- Set and manage production budgets effectively
- Accurately manage documentation and ICBC inventory
- Respond promptly to customer complaints
- Level 1 General Insurance License required
- Minimum 6 months experience in auto insurance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Personal vehicle needed for travel
- Strong client service skills
