What We’re Looking For Our Community Branch Network Division is seeking a client-focused Insurance Advisor, Auto . We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Our Aldergrove office first opened its doors in 1980 and has been operating there ever since. We are proud to be a long-term partner in the community, providing insurance solutions to both businesses and individuals in the area for over 30 years. Responsibilities

• Providing ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships
• Assisting in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones and completing other tasks as assigned
• Setting and adhering to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan, Private Auto Sales production
• Committing to remaining connected to HUB International in the bigger picture and understand the mission, values and goals of HUB
• Interpreting and ensuring that insurer (ICBC, Family, etc.) and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed
• Handling any customer complaints appropriately
• Ensuring control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds
• Continuing professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications

• Level 1 General Insurance License mandatory
• 6 months+ Auto Insurance experience
• Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Sales initiative and drive
• Must have use of own personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Exceptional customer service skills

The expected salary range for this position is $41,500 to $65,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
