Become a Career Counsellor/Job Developer with YES in Toronto, utilizing your communication and job development skills in a hybrid work environment. This permanent position involves conducting employment assessments, developing job placements, and building partnerships with employers in the Greater Toronto Area. Candidates should possess a university degree and three years of job development experience, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Your work will empower youth from vulnerable neighborhoods, providing them with self-sufficiency through sustainable employment. Key Responsibilities:
