Doverco Inc. is a premier Canadian distributor specializing in packaging automation and industrial machinery. For more than 75 years, we've partnered with distribution centers, food processors, 3PL providers, manufacturers, and retail operations to solve complex packaging and automation challenges.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build long-term customer partnerships.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Re-engage dormant accounts and uncover new opportunities
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Present customized solutions that create measurable value
- Meet all important decision makers
- Negotiate and close business
- Grow existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
