Senior Manager, Product Marketing

- Own the go-to-market strategy for CIRA Cybersecurity Services and Hello Registry, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Lead and develop a small team of product marketers across two portfolios
- Plan and lead cross-functional launches for products, features, and campaigns
- Coordinate implementation across product, sales, and communications teams
- Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and buyer personas
- Build and manage content strategy aligned with demand generation, thought leadership, and sales objectives
- Develop sales collateral, competitive battlecards, demos, and training
- Manage portfolio budgets and agency relationships
- Report on program performance against KPIs
- Represent CIRA at trade shows, conferences, and webinars as a spokesperson and subject matter expert
- Measure and optimize campaign and messaging impact based on results
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with the majority in product marketing
- Experience owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- B2B/enterprise marketing experience
- SaaS experience in security, networking, or domain/registry industries is a strong asset
- Ability to manage product marketing for multiple product lines or business units simultaneously
- Strong long-form and short-form writing skills
- Comfort serving as an external spokesperson for technical products
- Project and budget management experience on complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- French and English bilingualism is an asset
