Automotive Store Manager

The Automotive Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, including customer service, staff leadership, sales performance, inventory control, and health and safety compliance. The Manager manages and develops a team of technicians to ensure efficient vehicle maintenance services while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role is accountable for achieving sales targets, controlling operating costs, resolving customer concerns, scheduling employees, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies and automotive service procedures.
